How to use the right dataset for Sales and Marketing
Are you using the right data for marketing and sales? Probably not. There are two main types of data: Big Data and Emotional Data. Big Data which we define as the “who, what, when, where and how,” is extremely valuable and effective at improving efficiency, increasing margins and identifying areas of operational improvements. Conversely, Emotional Data which we define as the “why,” shows you the emotions, motivations and preferences of your customers and prospects and is ideal for sales and marketing. In this webinar, Grant Gooding will further define these two datasets, how to use them and show examples.
