Account Manager

Proof is looking for an experienced Account Manager to work directly with customers and manage research and delivery processes.  This team member will be able to help translate data into actionable business and marketing insights.

Responsibilities

  • Work on multiple projects and clients at once
  • Understand complex business challenges and design surveys discover insights around those challenges
  • Use multiple collection methods to gather customer insights
  • Build presentations and present to clients
  • Find the story in the data and translate to actionable insights
  • Provide ongoing guidance to clients based on new data

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferably with marketing emphasis
  • Ability to create actionable insights from data
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and using Facebook ad platform
  • Ability to manage a small team of analysts, set objectives and establish deadlines
  • Must possess strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient with:
    • Facebook Ad Platform
    • Survey Monkey
    • Google Apps
    • Office Suite including strong Excel skills
    • Google Analytics

Preferences

  • Experience communicating and building report with C-level execs
  • Experience working in consulting role
  • Experience in survey writing and other data collection methods
